Panos Velachoutakos is the Group Human Resources Director of Deep Capital Group. Panos has been part of the 24 MEDIA management team since 2004 and, in 2009, assumed leadership of its Human Resources Department during a period of significant expansion. At 24 MEDIA, he has been responsible for key HR functions including payroll, recruitment, staff training and development, as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
In 2023, Panos also undertook the role of HR Director for Deep Capital Group. While continuing to lead HR operations at 24 MEDIA – now one of the Group’s legacy companies – he is separately responsible for developing and implementing HR structures suited to the broader and more diverse needs of Deep Capital Group, ensuring that Deep Capital Group continues to attract, grow, and support its people while upholding its core values.
